Job Overview – What You’ll Do in Your First Rotation (Internal Audit)
As a Senior Analyst FLDP Associate reporting into the Senior Director, Audit & Internal Controls, you will:
- Participate in end-to-end audit engagements — planning, testing, reporting, and presenting findings.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and risk management.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand operations, challenges, and emerging risks.
- Participate in projects to implement agentic AI and robotic process automation to gain efficiencies in Audit & Internal Controls workstreams.
- Support data-driven audit approaches using modern tools and techniques.
- Gain a 360-degree view of the organization, setting a strong foundation for your future rotations.

Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Demonstrated leadership and/or teamwork experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with strong attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Successfully complete required background checks
Nice-to-have
- Professional designation (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA)
- Big Four firm experience
- Experience with SOX, COSO 2013, and COBIT frameworks
- Experience with large-scale ERP and HCM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics F&O;, Business Central, Workday)
- Experience with agentic AI tools, digital assistants, or AI-enabled workflow optimization
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., Power Automate)
