We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to join our team as a personal assistant.
The right candidate will be fluent in English, have a class 5 drivers license and a clean driver's abstract, have skill with the Microsoft 365 suite of programs, and be motivated to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential, as you will be working closely with members of management. You must also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, where your duties may vary from day to day. Responsibilities include:- Data entry
- Drafting documents
- Filing and organizing
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
- Rental unit walkthroughs
- Personal assistant errands
- Additional duties as assigned This position is full-time, with wage to be discussed based on experience. We offer group health benefits after 3 months probationary period, with RSP program to follow after 6 months.
