Remote B2B Sales Client Advisor

Remote Client Advisors use consultative discovery and B2B sales skills to convert inbound interest into Toptal clients across LATAM and Canada.
This full-time position makes you the first conversation for prospective small and medium-sized businesses. You will diagnose business needs, explain Toptal’s value proposition, and guide opportunities from discovery through close. The work spans specialized talent, HireGlobal, and AI-driven services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to immediate-assistance requests within five minutes
- Run discovery conversations and diagnose business objectives
- Qualify opportunities, address concerns, and secure commitment
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM
- Coordinate specialists through technical stages and decisions
Requirements:
- Two to three years of B2B sales experience
- Experience converting inbound opportunities into paying customers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Full availability during scheduled working hours
- Exceptional time management across competing deadlines
