Lead Planner Role in Ontario Construction (Markham)

Enhance project management as a Lead Planner in Ontario with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. Focus on developing, maintaining, and overseeing detailed project schedules for transit construction. In this role, you will guide the Planning and Scheduling team, promoting best practices while coaching colleagues. Your experience in Primavera P6 will be critical in creating resource‑loaded schedules that align with baseline budgets and critical path analyses to ensure project success across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach scheduling team members
- Develop multi‑year project schedules in Primavera P6
- Monitor and report on schedule performance
- Identify and analyze schedule‑related problems
- Create cash curves for accurate forecasting
Requirements
- 3‑5 years’ experience in construction for transit
- 3‑8 years in planning and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Robust prioritization and communication skills
- Open to travel for job sites across Ontario
