Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports
Lead the month‑end close process for financial accounts
Develop budgets and conduct variance analysis
Collaborate with finance stakeholders and accounting teams
Mentor and develop team members to meet objectives
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or applicable field
5+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
CPA designation required
Knowledge of IFRS and public company practices preferred
Advanced skills in Excel and solid analytical expertise
