Remote Customer Service Team Lead at Cencora

Lead customer service operations remotely with Cencora as a Team Lead. Drive improvements, manage escalations, and shape service playbooks in a fulfilling role focused on health outcomes. Cencora is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee patient and provider support operations. In this remote position, you will align cross-functional partners and implement operational requirements for effective service delivery. You will also analyze case trends and recommend improvements to enhance workflows and ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Lead conversion of commercial terms into operational requirements
Align partners on intake and resolution workflows
Analyze case trends to inform operational improvements
Shape service playbooks and update knowledge articles
Manage complex escalations and ensure audit-ready records

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in customer service operations
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree preferred in logistics or related field
Relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics preferred
Bilingualism is an asset
