Keep Ontario moving and lead the team that makes it happen.When a winter storm hits at 2 a.m., the roads still need to be safe by morning. Our client's crews make sure they are. They're a respected highway maintenance contractor that delivers Ministry of Transportation contracts, keeping provincial highways and bridges safe and open 365 days a year.They're looking for a Division Manager in Sudbury, ON to take the lead on one of their key accounts. This isn't a role where you'll be buried in bureaucracy. You'll have real authority, and the chance to put your stamp on how a division runs.Why this role stands out

- Comfort interpreting complex contract language and understanding provincial legislation and WSIB requirements
- A technical diploma or degree in a related field
- Solid computer skills, including spreadsheets, cost accounting, and project management tools
