Project Manager

Our client is a major international player. They have specialized in the design of complex equipment for over 30 years.

ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the company's operational projects.

This role acts as a central point of coordination between the various departments to ensure efficient, structured implementation aligned with the company's growth objectives.

In a context of strong growth, the Project Manager also contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and working methods.

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• operational coordination
• monitoring Interdepartmental collaboration Implementation Priority management Internal communication Meeting deadlines Project stabilization until full operational implementation MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and coordinate the various project phases Monitor deadlines and priorities Organize follow-up meetings Identify risks, issues, and obstacles Escalate situations that could impact deadlines or quality quickly Ensure a smooth transition between the departments involved WORK ENVIRONMENT The company operates in a dynamic and growing environment. • University degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or relevant experience
• Oiq certification (an asset)
