You will be responsible for steering project management processes, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, and budget while advocating a safety-first environment. Your role is vital for maintaining high standards throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from estimation to project execution
- Develop clear project goals in line with corporate initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
- Oversee contracts and subcontractor negotiations
- Provide consistent performance forecasts and reports
- 10+ years in industrial construction with leadership experience
- Successful track record with heavy industrial projects worth over $100M
- Post-secondary education in engineering or management
- Willingness to travel for on-site project supervision
- Proficiency with BIM and Lean methodologies
