Bartender

Claudio’s Ristorante is seeking a professional, energetic Bartender who is equally comfortable behind the bar and supporting the dining room when needed. We are a busy Italian restaurant known for handmade pasta, thoughtful wines, and warm hospitality — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a team-first environment.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both crafting great drinks and delivering attentive table service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing classic and signature cocktails with consistency and care

• Maintaining strong knowledge of Italian wines and making thoughtful recommendations

• Managing bar prep, inventory, cleanliness, and organization

• Supporting the floor during service (running drinks/food, taking tables when needed, assisting with guest service)

• Providing warm, professional hospitality from the moment guests arrive

• Handling POS transactions accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years experience in bartending and/or serving

• Strong wine knowledge (Italian varietals are a major asset)

• Confidence with classic cocktails and proper technique

• Team-oriented mindset — willing to step in wherever needed

• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Valid Serving It Right certification
