Transform the customer experience as an Area Operations Manager at Indie Campers, the leading campervan marketplace. Manage multiple depots, ensuring excellence in service and operational compliance. In this pivotal role at Indie Campers, you will spearhead operations across a cluster of locations. Your responsibilities will involve coaching Depot Leaders, monitoring KPIs, and driving financial performance through effective budgeting. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will implement best practices and lead your teams in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Depot Leaders across various locations
- Ensure service consistency and compliance with SOPs
- Track performance metrics and implement improvements
- Oversee budgeting, P&L, and cost control processes
- Collaborate with Central Ops, Finance, and HR teams
- 7–10 years in hands-on operational management
- 3–5 years leading teams across multiple high-volume locations
- Strong communication and financial management skills
- Valid driver's license and experience with campervans
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
