Datacenter Inventory Analyst Technician (DIAT)

One of TEKsystems' largest technology and services clients is seeking a Datacenter Shipping & Receiving Analyst for an initial 6 month contract opportunity (with high potential of extension and/or permanent). This role is 100% on-site within the Quebec City/Donnacona area. This is a 40 hour work week with a Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm daily shift.

Must Have Skills

• Prior experience working within a shipping and receiving role dealing with incoming/outgoing shipments, returns, etc.
• Candidate will need their own means of transportation as there is some travel required between sites.
• Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment using ladders, carrying hardware weighing 25+ lbs., using a pump truck, etc.
• Candidate must have their own CSA approved shoes (all other PPE will be required).

Data Center Technician-I&A Logistics (DIAT)

• Performs assigned Logistics/Warehouse Support tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
• Seeks guidance from management before proceeding with the next step of a process.
• Performs data entry to document inbound and outbound packages. Executes incoming/outgoing deliveries as instructed by management (e.g. purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities).
• Ensures accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as records.
• Performs cycle audits and data corrections to ensure all inventory controls are met.
• Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
• Required: High School Diploma AND 6 months experience or an internship in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

This is a Contract position based out of Québec City, QC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
