Territory Sales Manager - Remote Calgary

John Deere GmbH & Co. KG

Drive sales and relationships as a Territory Sales Manager for John Deere's Aftermarket division in Calgary, Alberta. This remote position focuses on managing dealer partnerships and enhancing aftermarket business growth. In this role, you will oversee the aftermarket sales for Construction and Forestry dealers, driving parts and service initiatives. You will develop targeted sales programs, collaborate on growth plans, and support training events. With a strong emphasis on building relationships, your efforts will support dealer profitability and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Manage aftermarket business relations with dealers
Collaborate to execute sales growth plans
Develop targeted sales programs for dealers
Support parts sales training and regional events
Enable dealers to boost service business

Requirements:

Experience in Construction & Forestry or Agriculture
Sales, Product Support, or Technology background
Proficiency in data analytics and decision making
Excellent customer relationship experience
Willingness to travel at least 75% locally
