What You'll Be Doing

• Having consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs.
• Building genuine, lasting client relationships that go well beyond the first policy placement.
• Managing inbound and outbound call opportunities in a structured, supported environment.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure every client gets an exceptional experience.
• Continuously developing your skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• LLQP licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing.
• Bilingual - comfortable selling in English and French.
• 2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred.
• A natural communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote environment.
• Genuinely passionate about helping clients - not just closing deals.
• Eager to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time.
• Resilient, accountable, and a real team player.

Technical Requirements

To deliver the best possible experience for your clients, you'll need:

• 12+GB RAM & Windows 11 or macOS 15+.
• Dual monitor setup & USB wired headset.
• Smartphone running a current OS.
