Title: UX Designer_Security Clearance
Duration: 5.5 months (possible extension)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $60-$65/Hour
Start Date: ASAP
Interview: One and done virtual
Day-to-Day
- Working with partners across teams to understand goals, constraints, and user needs
- Turning ideas into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design patterns
- Iterating on designs based on feedback, testing, and data
- Collaborating with developers to bring designs to life and refine the end result
- Looking at existing experiences and identifying opportunities to improve them
- Contributing to testing and research (A/B testing, usability testing, surveys, etc.)
- Sharing work and walking others through the thinking behind it
Must Haves
- 5+ years as a UX Designer
- Experienced working on digital products (web or apps)
- Robust experience with Figma
- Experienced taking in requirements and executing by building screens
- Experienced with Miro
- Research skills
- Excellent communication
- Active security clearance
Nice to Have
- Previous insurance experience
- Knowledge of front-end development for collaboration purposes
