Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Vendor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet organizational needs.
Duties
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure optimal service and product quality.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate the procurement of goods and services in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions, inventory levels, and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and streamline processes.
- Conduct regular evaluations of vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to vendor services or products promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vendor management or procurement is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
