Position: Food Expeditor

Our Food Expeditors are the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Food Expeditors are the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain the efficient flow of kitchen orders to service
- Ensure the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes prior to delivery
- Assist with delivering dishes to the table when required
- Maintain constant communication between the service staff and kitchen

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior restaurant experience, within a premium hospitality environment being strongly preferred
- Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Extremely well organized and able to work at speed and deal with high volume
- High attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast pace environment
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
