Elevate resident care as a Registered Nurse Resident Care Coordinator at Northern Health. Collaborate with a committed team to supervise nursing services and implement comprehensive care strategies. Working under the Site Coordinator, you’ll lead the clinical team in delivering quality care and ensuring compliance with Northern Health policies. Your clinical resourcefulness and leadership will be key to the success of care initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate resident care programs
- Oversee and support nursing staff within the facility
- Implement clinical guidelines and best practices
- Foster positive teamwork and communication
- Act decisively during emergencies and critical situations
- Current registration as an RN with BC College
- Minimum three years of related nursing experience
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Proven skill in managing nursing duties under pressure
- Ability to create a collaborative work environment
