Join WSP’s Rail & Transit team as a Lead OCS Engineer, designing electrification systems for rail projects across Canada. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, reliable OCS design implementations. As a Senior OCS Engineer, your expertise will be integral in delivering complex design packages that meet North American electrification standards.

Your role will involve advanced technical calculations and collaboration with civil and structural teams. You will ensure compliance with engineering codes while developing OCS specifications and detailed design drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technical calculations for protected designs
• Collaborate with teams to integrate OCS into rail infrastructure
• Prepare detailed CAD-supported OCS design drawings
• Develop technical specifications and bills of quantities
• Support installation and commissioning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred
• Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario or eligible
• 10+ years in rail projects focusing on OCS design
• Deep knowledge of electrification standards (AREMA, CSA)
• Proficiency in MicroStation and OCS software tools
