Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Laser Welder to join our manufacturing team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with laser welding and be able to produce high-quality, consistent welds in a production environment.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with laser welding
- Experience using IPG Light WELD is preferred
- Experience with similar laser welding equipment will also be considered
- Ability to work independently and maintain good quality
- Comfortable working the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift
- Manufacturing or metalworking experience is an asset
- Must have safety shoes
Job Duties
- Laser weld metal parts according to specifications
- Follow welding specifications and quality requirements
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain consistent weld quality and production output
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently in a production environment
- Production volume is approximately 5,000 pieces per month
