Senior Casualty Claims Manager - Hybrid Leadership

Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Claims Manager, Casualty Claims to lead a team of Claims Professionals and ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency. You will manage work activities across one or more locations and report to the VP of Mainstream Claims.
The role emphasizes performance management, coaching, and resource planning in a hybrid work model with up to 25% travel. A strong claims background and leadership are essential.
