A. General Summary

The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the Director of Marketing and the sales team in their day-to-day business needs. Firmly establishing Bella Casara and Albert's Leap as recognizable brands in all regions of Canada.

B. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· Support Director of Marketing in delivering the annual business plan, social media plans and monthly, business reviews.

· Support Director of Marketing on all new product launches/innovation, packaging updates and development of sales material such as: launch decks, sell sheets, customer presentations and other, sales materials as requested.

· Manage internal sales and marketing projects, acting as a Project Coordinator. This includes working with cross-functional teams on all the steps of the projects; leading a weekly, project meeting; and sending summary notes after the meeting.

· Execute social media monthly plans, in alignment with Director of Marketing. This also includes supporting sales promotions and aligning them with social media monthly plans.

· Execute Quality Cheese's website maintenance, leveraging the Word Press tool.

· Manage Quality Cheese's own and our customers' SKUs on GS1/ECC net platform, including requests for all new product launches, as well as existing listings.

· Significantly support sales team during events and shows. This includes managing communication and logistics prior, during and after the show, as well as the physical presence & work during events/shows.

· Significantly support sales team with the industry and trade submissions, by managing communication & logistics. This includes submissions to dairy organizations, cheese awards, and cheese competitions.

· Daily management of the marketing budget, including invoice processing and monthly reporting, in coordination with Director of Marketing.

· Manage sample requests, required by the business.

· Manage customer listing portals and website information. This includes working with our printer suppliers, to understand all packaging components.

D. Education/Experience/Effort · Post-Secondary education, ideally with major in Marketing.

And/Or

· 1-3 years' related experience in CPG environment

· Strong project management and multi-tasking skill set.

· Attention to detail, with an entrepreneurial mind set.

· Must be proactive, adaptable and result oriented with an experience of working with cross-functional teams under CPG environment.

· Must have passion for food and social/digital media, with a proven experience of working in this field.

· Must have experience with GS1/ECC NET registration process.

· Strong presentation & communication skills, both verbal & written.

· Strong Microsoft Office user.

E. Working Conditions

· Hybrid position - 1-2 days/week or as required

· Extensive travel as required, 2-4 times/year

· Moderate telephone and computer use

· Must reside in Toronto or GTA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
