Residential Financing Specialist-Quebec Province (Repentigny)
National Bank
A Residential Financing Specialist at National Bank supports clients in the branch by providing advisory services on mortgage credit, identifying and meeting residential financing needs, and referring clients to specialized colleagues when necessary.
Responsibilities Develop and execute residential financing strategies for clients.
Refer files to relevant experts when necessary.
Apply established processes and procedures thoroughly.
Comply with current standards and regulations.
Keep your knowledge of financing solutions up to date.
Obtain a Mutual Fund Representative license.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a college diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Two years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing products.
Interest in working on a team.
