Client-Focused Solutions Analyst Role

Become a Solutions Analyst at Maplesoft Group, enhancing client relationships in a hybrid setting, either in Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC. Optimize business requirements through effective analysis and documentation. This permanent full-time role is ideal for candidates with a background in business analysis or benefits administration. You will lead client sessions and ensure that all requirements are accurately captured and communicated across Product and Development teams. Your insights will help identify potential risks and align business objectives with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client requirements and clarification workshops
- Translate client needs into actionable business requirements
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements
- Contribute to best practices in requirements gathering
- 3-7 years of experience in a related discipline
- Proven track record in client interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Relevant industry experience in benefits or insurance
