Reports to: Director, Community Relations

Primary Responsibilities

• Builds and nurtures relationships with workplace partners, donors, and volunteers to support community impact
• Supports and collaborates with workplace Ambassadors and campaign volunteers
• Identifies and explores new partnership and engagement opportunities
• Works closely with the campaign cabinet, staff, and community stakeholders to build support
• Supports donor stewardship activities and helps share stories of impact
• Coordinates events that bring people together and raise awareness, including sponsorship outreach
• Participates in organization-wide events and community engagement initiatives
• Helps implement effective and creative strategies to grow support for United Way's mission

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduate from post-secondary in fundraising, business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship-builder with experience engaging people in a meaningful way
• 1-3 years' experience in community engagement, donor relations, sales, or customer service roles
• Excellent communicator with planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with CRM or donor databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce)
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including diplomacy and listening
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
