Canada Life
Process advisor contracts and compensation information for Canada Life using analytical skills and careful attention to detail. This permanent full-time position is available in London, Toronto, or Winnipeg.
As a Contracts and Compensation Specialist, you will support contractual and licensing compliance for Advisors’ contracts. The work includes eligibility decisions, contract administration, database auditing, and accurate customer communication. Insurance or industry experience, problem-solving ability, and strong organization are important for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain contractual and licensing information for advisor contracts
- Determine eligibility and process contractual paperwork promptly
- Process advisor transfers, buy-sells, and inforce policy transfers
- Monitor and audit data across Siebel and other systems
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complex contract issues
Requirements:
- Insurance or related industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to competing priorities
- Siebel, FASAT, Ingenium, and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
