Events Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various events from conception to completion. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. The Event Coordinator will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the events align with our brand and objectives.

Duties

• Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and logistics.
• Coordinate all event details including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
• Create marketing materials for events

• Implement digital marketing strategies to promote events through social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for future events.
• Analyze event performance using analytics tools to measure success and gather insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align event goals with product management strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure all events are executed within financial parameters.
• Foster relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination is essential.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and e-commerce platforms is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

2+ years of professional event-management experience in hospitality or agency settings, with a track record of juggling multiple events per week.

Hands-on Triple Seat (or similar CRM/BEO) proficiency.

A calm, solution-oriented mindset and stellar client-service chops—tight timelines and high stakes bring out your best.

Bonus points: CMP, CSEP, social-media strategy certifications or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,742.50-$60,974.92 per year
