About the Role: The Toronto Business Development Centre is searching for a seasoned Business Advisor. You will coordinate community programs aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills among participants. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops and advisory service delivery
- Mentor participants to launch their businesses
- Recruit expert speakers for engaging program sessions

Requirements
- 5+ years of small business experience
- Proven facilitation skills with diverse methods
- Knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Accounting, or Operations
- Mentoring experience with various businesses
- Solid communication and coaching abilities
