If you're looking to clock in, do your 9-5, and coast this isn't it.We're offering a 6-figure salary for someone who's ready to become Jas's right hand who'll run the show behind the scenes, handle operations, push the brand forward, and make things happen.
What You'll Do (All of It): Marketing & Content Management
- Build and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and email.
- Write scripts for Youtube and Instagram reels with Jas's tone and edge.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, admin and keep everyone on track.
Brand Growth & Exposure
- Research industry events, networking opportunities, speaking gigs, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate Jas's attendance, appearances, and prep him with materials and scripts.
- Make sure the brand shows up professionally everywhere.
Operations & Staff Oversight
- Act as the go-between for Jas and the team. You'll keep projects and people moving.
- Organize daily workflows and manage to-do lists for the business.
- Create systems to remove bottlenecks and free up Jas's time.
Client & Lead Coordination
- Respond to DMs, book showings, follow up with leads and client questions.
- Call prospects or clients if Jas is double-booked or in back-to-back meetings.
- Maintain CRM cleanliness and make sure every lead is followed up.
Daily Execution
- Be Jas's eyes and ears analyze what's working, what's lagging, and what's needed.
- Anticipate needs before they come up. Stay three steps ahead.
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to keep the machine running.
Who You Are:
- Obsessed with execution you get things done and don't make excuses.
- A natural communicator written, spoken, online, offline.
- Organized to the core calendars, checklists, systems are your thing.
- You can manage people, vendors, timelines, and still keep your cool.
- You're not afraid of pressure or being in rooms with high-level people.
- Ideally, you have real estate or high-performance business experience but attitude beats resume.
