Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:
- Curam Development: Hands-on experience required.
- Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy solutions in traditional and cloud environments.
- End-to-End Development: Manage complete development of applications and databases.
- Customization: Create functional and technical designs for customizations, extensions, and configurations.
- Development and Testing: Code, unit test, and support system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Production Support: Deploy applications and conduct root cause analysis for issues.
- Documentation: Create functional and technical design documents.
General Skills
- Technical Expertise: Experience with specified technology and versions.
- Design and Delivery: Skilled in creating and documenting technical designs and solutions.
- Project Estimation: Ability to estimate project delivery times.
- Data Conversion: Experience in designing and testing data conversion programs.
- Enterprise Architecture: Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and tools.
- Customization: Proficient in developing reports, interfaces, customizations, and workflows.
- UI Integration: Experience with UI integration.
- Testing: Skilled in developing test scenarios and documenting results.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Design and Development: Experience in large-scale IT solutions and JEE design patterns.
- SDLC and Agile: Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile development.
- RDBMS: Proficient in RDBMS design concepts.

- Unix Scripting: Experience with Unix scripts and version control tools.
- Rational Tools: Experience with Rational tools.
- Communication: Strong skills in client interactions and reporting.
- Web Services: Experience in designing and developing web services.
- AIX, UML, XML: Proficient in AIX, UML, and XML.
- Database Objects: Skilled in developing and supporting complex database objects.
- Production Issues: Ability to solve complex production issues.
Technical Skills
- IBM Curam: 3+ years in IBM Curam Social Program Management (Curam V7 certification preferred).
- J2EE JAVA: 5+ years in J2EE JAVA-based development.
- Development Tools: Proficient with Apache Ant, Maven, Tomcat, JavaScript, XML, JSON, WebLogic/WebSphere, Oracle DB, SQL, jUnit.
- Integration Technologies: Experience with SOAP, RESTful Web Services, Messaging, SFTP.
- Linux/Unix: Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Git, SVN, Git Pull Requests, and branching.
- Frameworks and Tools: Knowledge of Spring, Swagger-UI, Postman, PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.
- Cloud and Containers: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, Ansible, and Apache Kafka.
- SDLC and Agile: Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying risks and providing solutions.
