We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Software Developer specializing in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem to drive the technical design, configuration, custom development, and environment integration of core enterprise solutions. In this role, you will take technical ownership of translating technical system specifications into working, fully tested applications. Operating across cloud-native architectures, you will develop both low-code extensions and custom code implementations, orchestrate multi-tier integrations with external Microsoft cloud technologies, and manage robust release pipelines to deliver high-performance, scalable business modules.

Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Core Engineering: Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules, focusing explicitly on advanced case management, Knowledge Management frameworks, and Customer Service Workspace configurations.

Hybrid Application Development: Develop scalable solutions by bridging Microsoft Power Platform low-code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) with custom code development (C# .NET plugins, JavaScript web resources, API extensions).

Interoperability & System Integration: Design and implement robust backend integration surfaces connecting Dynamics 365 with third-party legacy applications and parallel Microsoft cloud technologies (M365, Azure Active Directory, Sharepoint).

Cloud Data Architecture & Querying: Model and manage relational storage tiers using Azure SQL Database, writing highly optimized query scripts, data views, and data translation logic to support large-scale conversions and migrations.

ALM & Continuous Deployment: Manage source control branching and automated deployment operations via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, ensuring safe delivery across development, sandbox, and production environments.

Tier-3 Troubleshooting & Bug Isolation: Resolve and troubleshoot deep technical issues arising during system operation, code promotion, data conversions, and product releases.

Requirements Translation & Specifications: Elicit design constraints from cross-functional stakeholders, lead technical walkthrough sessions, and author low-level programming specifications and data mapping runbooks.

Accessibility Alignment: Ensure all digital user interfaces and interaction flows conform with digital inclusion policies, AODA regulations, and WCAG accessibility standards.

Qualifications
Core Systems Engineering Seniority: 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software development, full-lifecycle application design, and systems analysis within enterprise landscapes.

Microsoft Cloud Solution Design: Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing solutions across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure.

Dynamics Customer Experience Depth: Strong hands-on development expertise configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Experience components (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace).

Custom & Low-Code Hybrid Fluency: Verified capability developing both high-performance custom modules (C#, JavaScript, plugins) and low-code applications within the Power Platform suite.

Azure Data & Pipeline Literacy: Direct, practical experience working with Azure SQL Databases, Azure DevOps, and configuring automated CI/CD Pipelines.

Requirements Engineering Competency: Proven experience engaging business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, document, and convert business workflow logic into detailed programming specifications.
