Senior Software Engineer - Configuration

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Software Developer - Full Stack with expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and Azure Cloud platform to lead the design, technical implementation, and end-to-end delivery of modern multi-tier web applications. NET Web Forms to decoupled Blazor WebAssembly architectures. Operating across full-stack layers, you will design secure RESTful APIs, orchestrate enterprise identity integrations, optimize relational data schemas, and spearhead robust automated testing frameworks to deliver resilient, scalable, and highly compliant digital solutions.

Full-Stack Application Engineering: Design, build, test, and debug secure web applications by bridging classic ASP.NET Web Forms environments with modern cloud-native architectures using .NET Core, C#, and Blazor WASM (WebAssembly).
Architect and implement high-performance, scalable RESTful API services using Web API and WCF technologies, backed by distributed memory caching using Redis Cache.
Configure enterprise-grade authentication frameworks, executing integrations with Microsoft Entra ID (OAuth), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), including the setup of Azure App registrations and token policies.
Relational Database Design & Modeling: Model and optimize enterprise database structures for web platforms, writing sophisticated SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures across Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server engines using tools like TOAD and PL/SQL Developer.
Build semantic, multi-browser compliant web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, ensuring complete alignment with the WCAG AA and AODA compliance regulations.
Rigorous Code Verification & Testing: Establish a high‑coverage quality standard across backend and API controllers, utilizing Xunit for unit testing and MOQ for structural mock layer generation.
API Telemetry & Lifecycle Validation: Secure and test client and server‑side Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) parameters, executing contract testing using utilities like Swagger, Postman, and ThunderClient.
Data Flow & Conversion Optimization: Translate complex physical system specifications into working code, developing data integration transformations (ETL properties) to facilitate safe system migrations.
Technical Collaboration & Walkthroughs: Lead design walkthrough sessions, manage code quality reviews, and communicate architectural dependencies to developers, business analysts, and project leadership.
Core Systems Engineering Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience leading full-lifecycle software development, application design, and system analysis within enterprise computing environments.
Advanced Microsoft .NET Ecosystem Mastery: Expert-level development experience building data-driven systems utilizing C#, Web API, Blazor WASM, .NET Core, LINQ, WCF, and .NET Entity Framework.
Database Modeling & Tooling Fluency: Strong background performing relational database design, data translation modeling, and query tuning inside Oracle or SQL Server using IDEs like TOAD or PL/SQL Developer.
Web UI & Inclusivity Engineering: Advanced proficiency building responsive web layouts with JavaScript, Web Forms, and CSS, explicitly backed by a proven history of meeting WCAG AA and AODA compliance thresholds.
API Telemetry & Testing Toolkit: Highly proficient writing automated test frameworks using Xunit and MOQ, paired with API testing literacy using Swagger, Postman, or ThunderClient.
