Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with a focus on Appian technology to join our team as a Senior Associate in Computer Science. With 6 to 10 years of experience the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Appian solutions to drive efficiency and innovation in our Global Employee Benefits (GEB) domain.
What you will do
- Lead the development and customization of Appian applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design test and deploy scalable high-quality Appian solutions.
- Manage Appian environments including installation configuration and administration ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct thorough Appian testing to identify and resolve issues before production deployment.
- Use standard methodologies in Appian development and administration to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
What you bring to the role
- Must have a solid foundation in Appian development administration and testing with at least 4+years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in Appian installation and solution deployment is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills capable of working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Appian Developer Certification is required.
Working Arrangements
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto/London, ON.
