Job Title: Appian BPM Technical Lead
Location : Toronto - Hybrid (3 days at office)
Role Description:
- Define Appian architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications and workflows.
- Guide development teams on Appian implementation, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (e.g., OnBase, APIs, databases).
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams.
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Drive reusable component development and platform best practices adoption.
