We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Clerk for a 12-month contract. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Manage and process outgoing and incoming Canada Post mail. Handle copy and scanning jobs as needed. Maintain paper supplies for satellite copiers. Assist with off-site document storage. Keep kitchens and serveries tidy, ensuring coffee is available throughout the day. Back up reception duties, including checking EFAX folder and client emails. Prepare, close, and manage client files, including database maintenance for off-site storage. Support time docket and disbursement management. Why Join Us?
