Entry Level Part Time Administrator

Job Responsibility:

As an entry level contract, non-permanent position, this administrator will work approximately 5 hours per week up to 10 hours per week. Aside from training and mentorship during regular business hours, this work will be conducted remotely and asynchronously. This role will be on call, with availability and commitment to checking emails daily, and responding and completing the tasks within 24 hours of request.

Commencing work as soon as possible, this role will report to the Events & Administrative Coordinator with ample training and mentorship.

• Attention to detail, highly organized
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving strategies
• Proficient computer skills, experience using the Google platform

Regular tasks include:

Contacts:

• Setting up all contacts on the USF Member site, and in email groups
• Maintaining the internal CIS
• Communication to confirming updates are completed

Compiling Questions / email discussions

Training and events:

• Creating name tags/ name tents, feedback forms
• Compiling feedback

• Flat monthly allowance for cell phone with data plan

• Mileage for work travel, which will be minimal
