In the role of Taproom Supervisor working in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be part of the Six Pints Brand Homes team. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Taproom, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, employee engagement, and brand execution. Put another way, you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing people leadership, hospitality, and business performance to create memorable consumer experiences and ensure the continued success of the Taproom.

This position reports to the Brand Homes Operations Manager and works closely with Floor Supervisors, Taproom and Kitchen team members, vendors, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support site operations, team development, event execution, and overall business objectives.

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Taproom, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and brand standards.
• Support revenue growth and operational excellence by executing strategies that drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events, ensuring seamless operations and memorable consumer experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members by providing ongoing training, performance feedback, recognition, and support to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
• Support recruitment activities, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations, while promoting an inclusive and engaging workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor operational expenses, inventory, and labor costs to support financial targets while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures, including cash handling and inventory control practices.
• Champion health and safety initiatives by promoting a safe work environment, supporting training programs, conducting inspections, and participating in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with the Brand Home and Site Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall site performance.

Key Ingredients:

• You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in restaurant, hospitality, food service, event, or venue operations management.
• You have at least 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant, hospitality, event, or food service management, including leading teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• You have strong experience managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and executing business plans that support operational and financial objectives.
• You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees, guests, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• You are highly organized, possess strong analytical skills, and can effectively manage completing priorities while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
• You take accountability for results – acting with  integrity and honoring commitments.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards  Offerings: $57,000.00 - $74,900.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
