Kitchen Supervisor/Line Cook

Duties
Prepare food with accuracy and efficiency to ensure the highest quality experience according to established recipes and standards
- Hiring firing and training of kitchen staff
- Menu development and costing
Prep ingredients and other prepped food items ready to be used on the line.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Support the restaurant team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure compliance and guest safety
Restock supplies and assist in inventory management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable
Experience working in the food industry or in a customer-facing role will be beneficial for success in this position
Passion for food and cooking.
