Warehouse Supervisor
Our client is a busy, North America wide, distribution company. They are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in their Delta facility.
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment. This role supervises warehouse staff, coordinates operations activities, enforces safety and supports continuous improvement across distribution processes.
Supervise daily distribution operations
Lead, schedule, and train warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and service targets
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time according to customer and delivery requirements
Monitor inventory movement and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Identify and address operational problems such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper product rotation (FIFO)
Prepare reports on productivity, labour, shipping errors, and operational performance
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
2-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics processes
- Afternoon shift.
