- Foster long-term client relationships with clienteling tools
- Communicate retail strategy through briefings and training
- Exceed personal sales targets through effective client development
- Develop a robust client database for new acquisitions
- Manage operations to support high standards
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, luxury preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong client-centric focus with team leadership ability
- Proficient in Microsoft tools for reporting
- Proven sales generation and analytics skills
