The Opportunity

This is not just a retail job, it’s a career-defining role based at our brand-new Ottawa TrainYards flagship store, Scooteretti’s most exciting chapter yet. As Team Leader, you’ll report directly to the Vice President and serve as a key driver of the in-store experience, team performance, and brand reputation. You’ll lead with confidence during peak season and grow your skill set year-round by diving into digital marketing, website management, product training, and business development.

We want someone who brings great ideas to the table and someone who sees opportunities, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about delivering nothing less than an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our door.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a passionate retail team under the direction of the Vice President, setting the standard for excellence every single day.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every client who walks through our doors whether they’re purchasing a premium eBike, upgrading accessories, or bringing their bike in for service.
• Ensure the store is maintained in immaculate condition at all times and held to the same exacting standard as a luxury five-star hotel. Our showroom is our brand, and it must always reflect it.
• Share your genuine passion for cycling and e-mobility, helping clients understand how our premium products meet their lifestyle needs for today and into the future.
• Assist with event coordination, from community cycling activations and product launches to in-store promotions that bring our brand to life.
• Grow your expertise year-round through hands-on learning in social media management, website updates, product training, and marketing as no two seasons at Scooteretti are the same.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and French — written and verbal.
