Luxury Sales & Client Advisor

Location:  North Vancouver, BC

Job Type:  Full-time

Pay : $22–$27 per hour +Uncapped Commission

About Us

We are an established Vancouver-based luxury resale company with 8 years of experience  specializing in authentic pre-owned designer handbags, clothing, shoes, accessories, and other luxury goods.

Over the years, we have built a strong and loyal client base and developed multiple sales channels, including  online sales, live selling, and in-person shopping.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and fashion-driven  Luxury Sales & Client Advisor to join our team and help us further develop our client relationships and sales channels.

About the Role

This is a sales-focused position for someone who genuinely  enjoys fashion, working with clients, and closing sales.

You will work with both existing and new clients across our online and in-person channels. A key part of this position is also presenting luxury products on camera through live selling and short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

• * Provide personalized sales service to clients both online and in person
• * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up and clienteling
• * Recommend products, respond to inquiries, and convert sales opportunities into purchases
• * Host and participate in live selling sessions
• * Present and introduce luxury products confidently in short-form videos and social media content
• * Work toward individual and company sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service
• * Assist with customer inquiries and after-sales communication when needed

Who We’re Looking For

• * Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, designer goods, jewelry, beauty, or other high-end sales environments
• * Proven sales ability with a strong understanding of client service and relationship building
• * Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills
• * Comfortable working in a commission-based and target-driven sales environment
• * Confident, outgoing, and comfortable appearing on camera
• * Genuine interest in fashion, luxury brands, and current trends
• * Proactive and comfortable following up with clients and closing sales
• * Able to work independently and take ownership of client relationships

Previous luxury resale experience is an asset but not required.  Product knowledge and resale knowledge can be taught. We value strong sales instincts, communication skills, professionalism, and confidence on camera.

Compensation

$22–$27 per hour, based on experience, plus commission.

Our commission structure rewards strong individual sales performance and provides significant additional earning potential for high-performing sales advisors.
