Operations and Supply Chain Management Faculty Position

UBC’s Faculty of Management invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD and have a strong research publication history in operations and supply chain management. This role combines teaching responsibilities and the opportunity to develop a significant research program to support and enhance departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive high-quality research with publications in leading journals
• Teach in undergraduate and graduate programs
• Supervise multiple Ph.D. students in their academic work
• Participate in departmental service and leadership initiatives
• Collaborate across academic and professional spheres
Requirements:
• Near or completed Ph.D. in relevant fields
• A record of or potential for impactful research
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills
• Strong commitment to equity and diversity
• Ability to secure external funding for research
