Reporting to the Director of the OHTN Cohort Study, this permanent, full-time role focuses on improving health outcomes by utilizing data from around 4500 individuals. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, executing data processing, and analyzing collected information. Essential skills include experience with data documentation, quality assurance, and proficiency in programming languages such as SAS and SQL. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain manuals and standard operating procedures for data
- Conduct systematic data cleaning and quality control
- Collaborate with research teams for data analysis
- Support processing of questionnaire updates
- Generate datasets for studies and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in epidemiology or related fields
- Two years of experience handling real-world data
- Proficiency in programming languages like R, SAS, SQL
- Proven experience in data quality assurance
- Familiarity with EMR data an asset
