Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, materials, and services to ensure our company's operational needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-All buyer related tasks-Process purchase orders based on daily/weekly/monthly requirements- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure advantageous terms- Collaborate with internal team to understand their purchasing needs and requirements- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock availability to prevent shortages- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products- Utilize MRP systems for accurate inventory management- Review and process any receiving and/or invoice discrepancies
Experience:- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiating contracts- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and sourcing strategies- Proficiency in utilizing MRP systems for inventory control- Ability to fabricate cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining quality standards- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
