Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Spécialiste Outillage pour rejoindre notre équipe d'outillage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada. Le département d'outillage d'Airbus Canada joue un rôle essentiel dans le soutien à la production du programme Airbus A220 sur nos sites de Mirabel (Québec) et Mobile (Alabama). En rejoignant notre équipe, vous serez chargé(e) de concevoir, fournir et maintenir les équipements nécessaires aux chaînes de montage final (FAL). Notre organisation favorise la collaboration transversale et l'autonomie, au sein d'un environnement où le soutien mutuel et l'apprentissage collectif sont privilégiés. Nous gérons l'intégralité de projets de diverses envergures, incluant des solutions innovantes telles que des mezzanines, des équipements de levage, des stations d'assemblage robotisées, ainsi que des outils de transport et d'accès à l’avion. Votre rôle principal consistera à garantir l’avancement de ces projets en respectant rigoureusement les délais, les budgets et les coûts. Vous veillerez à ce que chaque solution livrée atteigne les plus hauts standards de qualité et de sécurité, tout en respectant les normes d'Airbus, les critères de santé et de sécurité au travail, ainsi que les exigences de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. **Votre environnement de travail:** Le siège du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situé à Mirabel, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal, à deux pas de la ville dynamique de Montréal.   • *Vos défis:**
  • Coordonner et animer une équipe de planificateurs techniques spécialisés dans l’estimation et l'achat d'outillages;
  • Répartir la charge de travail et assurer la montée en compétence technique de vos collaborateurs;
  • Élaborer les ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) et délais de livraison pour les nouveaux projets afin de fournir des estimations budgétaires fiables dès les phases de faisabilité;
  • Assurer la gestion et la responsabilité d'un contrat d'achat stratégique pour l'outillage, en veillant au respect des clauses commerciales et techniques;
  • Piloter la relation fournisseur en assurant un suivi rigoureux des jalons (milestones) critiques de chaque projet;
  • Garantir le respect des délais de livraison et mettre en place des plans d'action en cas de dérive;
  • Définir, extraire et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) liés à l’activité (respect des coûts, ponctualité des livraisons, qualité de l'outillage);
  • Rédiger des rapports d'activité périodiques pour la direction;
  • Gérer efficacement les ressources financières allouées à un projet, afin de garantir que les dépenses restent dans les limites du budget prévu, tout en atteignant les objectifs définis;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de méthodes, finance, approvisionnement, les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes externes;
  • Interpréter, comprendre et respecter les plans et devis techniques;
  • Animer les rencontres multi-départementales et s'assurer que chaque collaborateur soit engagé;
  • Trouver des solutions lors des différents enjeux qui seront rencontrés au cours du projet;
  • Présenter des rapports d'avancement des projets.
  • *Votre profil:**
  • Vous détenez un diplôme d'ingénieur (licence ou équivalent) en génie mécanique, génie industriel ou aéronautique, ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Vous détenez une spécialisation en conception de produits, en gestion de projets industriels ou en outillage (un atout).
  • Vous avez un minimum de 10 années d'expérience dans le secteur industriel ou dans un poste de chargé d'affaires similaire.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience avec la planification, le suivi, la gestion des délais, des coûts et la coordination entre différentes équipes.
  • Vous avez une expérience en coordination d'équipe ou en gestion de projet transverse.
  • Vous êtes en capacité de travailler avec des fournisseurs externes, de suivre la fabrication et l’assemblage des équipements.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (ingénieurs, techniciens, gestionnaires...) et de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les parties prenantes.
  • Vous avez une forte capacité d’organisation, de la rigueur et une attention particulière aux détails.

  • **Tooling Specialist***
  • *Job Description:**
You have experience in industrial equipment, you have worked in the industrial or aeronautical field, and you wish to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Tooling Specialist to join our tooling team based in Mirabel (Quebec), Canada. The Airbus Canada Tooling Department plays a vital role in supporting the production of the Airbus A220 program across our Mirabel (Quebec) and Mobile (Alabama) sites. By joining our team, you will be responsible for designing, providing, and maintaining the equipment required for the Final Assembly Lines (FAL). Our team structure promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration within an environment that values mutual support and collective learning. We manage full-cycle projects of all sizes, featuring innovative solutions such as aircraft mezzanines, lifting equipment, robotic assembly stations, as well as aircraft transport and access tools. Your primary role will be to ensure project progress while strictly adhering to deadlines, budgets, and costs.   • Coordinate and lead a team of technical planners specializing in tooling estimation and purchasing;
  • Distribute the workload and ensure the technical skill development of your collaborators;
  • Develop ROMs (Rough Order of Magnitude) and delivery lead times for new projects to provide reliable budget estimates from the feasibility phases;
  • Manage and take responsibility for a strategic purchase contract for tooling, ensuring compliance with commercial and technical clauses;
  • Drive supplier relationships by ensuring rigorous monitoring of critical milestones for each project;
  • Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and implement action plans in case of deviations;
  • Define, extract, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the activity (cost compliance, on-time delivery, tooling quality);
  • Write periodic activity reports for management;
  • Effectively manage financial resources allocated to a project to ensure spending stays within budget while achieving defined objectives;
  • Collaborate closely with methods, finance, and procurement teams, as well as suppliers and external stakeholders;
  • Interpret, understand, and comply with technical plans and specifications;
  • Lead multi-departmental meetings and ensure every collaborator is engaged;
  • Find solutions for various issues encountered during the project;
  • Present project progress reports.
  • *Your Boarding pass:**
  • You hold an engineering degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical engineering, or equivalent professional experience;
  • You hold a specialization in product design, industrial project management, or tooling (an asset);
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industrial sector or in a similar business manager role;
  • You have experience with planning, monitoring, managing deadlines and costs, and coordination between different teams;
  • You have experience in team coordination or cross-functional project management;
  • You are able to work with external suppliers and oversee the manufacturing and assembly of equipment;
  • You are capable of working with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, managers, etc.) and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders;
  • You have strong organizational skills, rigor, and a keen attention to detail.
