Position OverviewThe BI & Analytics Lead will deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into generation, transmission, distribution, asset performance, customer consumption, and energy market operations.
Responsibilities- Develop enterprise dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Build executive reporting solutions.
- Design self-service analytics platforms.
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics.
- Create forecasting and demand analytics models.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

- Python or R
- KPI Framework Development
- Energy Consumption Analytics
- Grid Performance Analytics
- Asset Reliability Reporting
- Market Trading Analytics
- 6+ years of BI & Analytics experience.
- Must have prior Energy industry experience.
