Quality Assurance Administrator (Temporary)

Job Responsibility:

Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Temporary Quality Assurance Administrator to work with our team in Edmonton, AB.

** This is a temporary position for 1 year, with the possibility of extension **

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance Administrator experience is required
• Experience in manufacturing and/or oil and gas is an asset
• Knowledge of and ability to manipulate PDFs is required
• Post-secondary education in a technical or business field is preferred
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft applications
• Basic knowledge of applicable office procedures
• Strong attention to details, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Responsibilities:

• Creates and controls Quality Assurance certification packages for clients as per API standards and Project specifications.
• Retrieves electronic documentation for the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control departments.
• Provides administrative assistance to the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Department.

Duties Include:

• Prepares final documentation packages per requirements and revises documentation packages as needed
• Retrieves electronic documentation for certification packages and as needed
• Uploads final documentation to internal company website (OneFlo) as needed
• Maintains share folders for assigned orders
• Ships documentation from QA as required
• Assists QA/ QC with general office duties as required.
• Assists with other QA projects as assigned by the QA Admin, supervisor or QA Manager as required.
