Operations Strategy Co-Op
$24 - $25 per hourThermo Fisher Scientific
Co-op position supporting operations strategy and continuous improvement initiatives at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, generating performance reports, leading improvement huddles, and identifying efficiency opportunities across production operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics weekly
- Generate dashboards and visualizations communicating data insights to stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement huddles with production teams to review performance and identify solutions
- Participate in Kaizen events and support technology adoption opportunities
- Support production management in maintaining SOPs and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Currently enrolled in college diploma or university degree program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of GMP and SOPs considered an asset
Compensation: $24.00–$25.00 per hour (annualized)
