Nanny Wanted - Mother's Helper/Family Manager For A Family Of Four. Must Have Driver’s License

We are an active family of four with two kids (6 & 7 year old) and two working parents in need of a family helper/house manager. Both kids are in Montessori school so we’re looking for someone who can help with meal prep/cooking, school pick-up/drop-off at afterschool programming (gymnastics, etc.), playing with kids after school, light errands (groceries, etc.), and tidying up/light housework (laundry, vacuum, etc.). Occasionally we travel for work, so may need some extra support during those times. We're an ambitious family that loves to travel but also values time at home eating dinner as a family and talking about our daily adventures at work and school. Our 8 year old daughter is an incredibly dynamic personality that loves to sing, dance, bake, colour, read books and tell stories. Given her Montessori schooling, she's fairly independent and has a broad imagination and excellent memory. She's a riot and continues to amaze us daily. Our 6 year old boy has a natural inclination for anything sports-related, finding joy playing catch or chasing a ball around the room. His smile is contagious and he lights up ever room he enters. He's very active and has a lot of energy to burn through movement. Neither kid has any food allergies; though they are starting to get very opinionated about food (unfortunately). Ultimately, we’re hoping to find someone to help us manage our household, reduce stress in our lives that is caused by juggling work obligations and parent obligations concurrently (namely school drop/pick and meal planning/prep) and reduce anxiety when one of us has to travel for work or if we have evening work events. We want to spend our energy having quality time with our kids. Meal prep, cooking and cleanup are an important part of this role as that will increase the quality time that we get with the kids. Also, the kids are driving distance from their school (~15min drive) so an Ontario driver’s license is a must as this is a critical aspect of the help that we need to reduce stress during work hours. We are located in Swansea/Bloor West Village, walking distance to both Bloor Street and High Park. We’ll need someone who can potentially live-in/live-out Monday to Friday, is flexible and can roll with our family needs until we can find a good routine.
